We provide supportive services and transitional housing for the vulnerable in our community.

Ways we help
We recognize that people need stability and support to learn and grow. That's why our services start with housing, but include so much more than just a roof overhead.
Transitional Housing: housing for 1 year with assistance moving into stable, long term housing.
Community: creating a support network of advocates and mentors to come alongside youth.
Education: providing opportunities for development of important independent living skills.
Our programs include Imagination House and Thrive House. Both are transitional housing programs that offer support and learning opportunities to residents.
